Morgan Makale is a Strategic planner who works with start-ups to define and develop plans to realise their start-up objectives, maintain competitive advantage and allocate resources appropriately. He is a fun-loving lateral thinker who likes to encourage and help others. He believes that people are the backbone of a great community and has a passion for people, especially graduates. Has always loved TED & TEDx’s and is excited to be part of the Coventry team and give a helping hand to share ideas worth spreading.
